About Me 

​25+ years solving talent acquisition problems across agency and in-house roles, local and global markets, and every part of the hiring lifecycle.

I've done it all: hands-on recruitment, leading teams, fixing broken processes, and figuring out strategy. Worked across different industries, always focused on getting practical results that work for both the business and the people.

Beyond Just Recruitment
​

My experience goes well beyond filling roles. I've led employer branding projects, built onboarding programs, designed sourcing strategies, and trained hiring managers who didn't know what they were doing. I've also held an HR Business Partner role and worked on broader People & Culture projects, including major organisational change programs. So I get the bigger picture, not just the recruitment bit.

What I Do Now

These days I help companies sort out their hiring mess. Most small businesses or growing companies are in the same boat - their old way of hiring doesn't work anymore, but fancy consulting feels out of reach. They need someone who can look at the whole thing - strategy, processes, people, technology - and make it all work together instead of against each other.

I'm good with technology (including AI) but won't suggest stuff just because it's new - only what genuinely solves your problems.
